Application: Shake well before use. Apply to clean dry skin, before warming up. This will help to stop the sweat before it begins. It can be applied all over the body. Does not need to be applied directly to the apparatus. Before applying more product, it is great to reactivate the grip by touching a sweaty part of your body or spraying on some , water or alcohol.
